What the features does?

Push Notifications as the name describes is that section of the app which gives the admin the power to send out notifications for the end users. It is specifically used to direct the attention of the user(s) to a particular event/notification/Poll/Survey that might be going on or starting in a while.

This ensures that the user is not missing out on important notification(s) which he/she might have in-case the notification(s) would not have been explicitly sent out.

Please find the steps below:

The flow is being shown in screenshots below:

The To field allows the Admin to configure the audience, he/she can decide if he/she only wants to send the push notification only to a particular group, only the logged in uses or Everyone

The +Image button allows you to add an image along with the notification.

The +Link button allows you to add a link to which the user will get redirected to as soon as he/she will click on the notification

The +Item Link button allows you to add a link to which the user will get redirected to as soon as he/she will click on the notification. This link is for some other feature that you wish to navigate the user to e.g Info, Polls, Surveys.

The Schedule button lets you schedule the notification for a particular date on a particular time. Post scheduling you can also push the notification live then and there or delete the notification as well.
